Some of the acting is good, some is okay. I have been enjoying the story, you REALLY need to be someone okay with similar games such as Until Dawn where it is more of playing a movie/TV show, and less of a game.
The Casting of Frank Stone Direct Play:
I played the first 3 chapters of this game. Personally as a fan of DBD and story games, this game is great. It has a slow build up. Almost 2 hours in and I feel like it’s just about to ‘get spooky’ (which again, I personally don’t mind.) The story has many mixes between DBD and a original Supermassive game. But you don’t need to know much about the DBD universe to understand what’s going on. You do need a decent computer for this game. With a 12th gen I7, 32GB ram and RTX 3080 I get around 90 fps on high/ultra setting with RTX on. I did not experience any bugs or crashes yet. First chapter down and looking really good so far. Very smooth on ultra with very minor stutter here and there. The dead by daylight style skill checks are a neat change to the formula and mean as heck.
