FIND HIDDEN BOSSES AND SECRETS Don’t you wonder why this game is named “The Last Game”? Discover it and many other things. Honestly, a great little roguelike. Nothin wrong with it, atleast in my eyes. For 3 bucks, it’ll keep you entertained for hours, and has enough content to last you a while. Very similar to Isaac and Tiny Rogues, but not in a bad way. It wears its inspiration on its sleeve, and as a result, ends up being a very, very nice product. Tiny rogue’s clone but with endless mode. Difference between the 2? besides items and some other small stuff and price, this one is fully released/finished where as tiny rogue’s wont be out of EA for at least a year and a half to 2 years. Video on store page and pic’s give a good enough example of what game is like and you will find out with in the first 2h of gameplay if its for you or not, so you will be able to refund it if you don’t like it.
The Last Game Direct Play:
Only downside is that it has no steam achievements and even if it did, it has not sold enough copies to allow you to show them off. Other then that, i can’t think of anything else that would classify as a con (to me at least). Control’s are simple enough, pick up your controller and you should be good to go. 100% worth the price. Thumbs up from me. Difficulty doesn’t seem to do much of anything noticeable, though I’ve only played on Medium and Extreme. Both seemed fairly balanced and I would die mostly because of my stupidity than the game being cheap. You’ll find lot of different unlockables you get by doing various challenges and as you advance, you get access to more unique things. The music and sound effects are alright, nothing too complex, but it’s enjoyable.
