The Last Human: GO! It is a third person Adventure parkour game. Our main character, Lizz, is interested in science. He develops a device in his room, the purpose of which is to make micro-little creatures grow a little bigger. On Lizz’s first attempt, something goes wrong and wreaks havoc on the universe. Its neighbors have disappeared and there is no one in the world except animals, various creatures and plants. It is unknown whether Lizz got smaller or everything in the world got bigger. Lizz quickly looks for ways to go to her room. When she reaches her room, the device is damaged and its parts are scattered to different points of the universe. Lizz goes on an adventure to solve this situation and starts looking for the missing pieces. The levels itself are mostly linear, with some small branching paths to find some treasure. Some people compare this game to a movie with some quick time events, and for some levels they’re not that far off. It’s still really fun to explore this, again, gorgeous world and solve the, albeit few, riddles along the way.
Combat does happen occasionally between all the exploration. The game is designed to make sure you stealth as much as possible and reside to guns only if necessary. This makes it more strategic, which I liked a lot Absolute gem! It captivates players with stunning visuals and gameplay, especially the exhilarating car driving mechanics. The deadly puzzle-traps offer a delightful challenge amidst the immersive narratives. It’s an adventure that mesmerizes and shouldn’t be overlooked, seamlessly combining gameplay and breathtaking visuals to deliver an unforgettable experience. Finally pulled the trigger with the 50% off on this winter sale and tried it myself. So far it runs really well on my gaming laptop with steady fps on high settings. Gameplay is solid and as expected coming from Fallen Order with some extra twists and spins on the combat and fresh new kill animations.

There was a opening animation that was stuttering but other than that it was fine. The gameplay is just like fallen orders awesome gameplay with just a little extra stuff so far. I look forward to playing more. Definitely a good buy on sale. The combat is what I would call a very refined version of Arkham style combat. Tight. Lots of combos and special moves. The gadgets were really cool and useful. Special suit abilities all had a real impact on battles. Between different types of enemy outposts/bases, district crime events, challenges, and collectibles in various shapes and forms, there is a ton of what I’d call filler content. Some of it does resolve with story and lore tidbits, but yeah. Mostly, it’s there to earn tokens. Additionally, some content (research stations) have access locked behind unlocking specific abilities. Meaning there are three tiers of unlocking required for that content. And some achievements are locked behind all that lol.
