The Maze is a VR Multiplayer game in which human players arrive in a new realm after being teleported from their homelands. The size and purpose of the maze is unknown, the only thing that is certain is that they have to survive in this extremely hard environment. The Maze changes according to our memories, imagination, dreams, and transforming it into an even more chaotic realm as more people arrive. Environments change according to the memories of the living beings within it. This means that areas in The Maze change and shift randomly enabling a dynamic gaming experience. Gameplay is straightforward — navigate the maze while fending off foes in order to find what you need to escape —, but fun and addicting with a variety of weapons to choose from so you can play according to your own style. Game contains a variety of baddies, so there is a nice variety. Some enemies you encounter will be pretty easy and other enemies you will just hope if you have to run into them that you are with a friend or have a really big gun! You will break a sweat as you traverse the maze!
The Maze is a fun Dungeon crawler/ Rougelike. You enter the dungeon and your goal is to reach the exit. To open the door to the exit, you need to find a valve first. you can play with up to 3 friends at the same time. at the start of the dungeon everyone gets a melee weapon and a ranged weapon. You can find different guns and weapons while you go through the dungeon. The combat is intuitive and responds really nice. I liked it from the first swing! After you managed to find the valve and opend the door to the exit, you pass through it and start at the 2nd level. You start again at the startingpoint and get a melee and a ranged weapon. For killing enemies you get exp for increasing your lvl. and coins to buy perks. These perks can be purcased in the menu after you completed your by dying, or completing 4 levels, or exiting the dungeon. Your lvl increases your HP pool and the perks give more melee, or ranged damage, or more ammunition.
The Maze Humanity Pre-Installed:
The game features weapon crafting not unlike that of Dead Rising. While you can tape a knife to a brick and use it like that, it won’t be as effective as, say, taping said knife to a bat or sledgehammer, or the brick to a plunger (unironically one of the most effective weapons I’ve used lol). As well, there are weapons that require specific items to make that will be much more effective than others. The only one I’ve found thus far was a combination of a rebar cutter, wrench and knife, which when all combined turned into a shotgun with a bayonet. Aside from that, you can also create explosives and combine said explosives with other items such as knives, bricks, pencils and so on to really give it that boom you need to take down a mob of the living dead.

- Double click inside the The Maze Humanity folder and run the exe application.
- Thats all, enjoy the game! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any missing dll errors, look for a file named All In One Runtimes.exe run this and install it.
