It is a cool idea that I want to give it a chance and wouldn’t go so far as to give a negative review as I know how harmful negative steam reviews can be for new games and I have hope this game will get better. Chapter 1 is all that is available right now. I wasn’t rushing through and was taking my time. It took me not even an hour to complete chapter 1. That just feels really short to me. Are all chapters going to be this short? I honestly felt like I was playing a demo. In this 50 minutes of gameplay, I hardly did anything or experienced too much story. A good chunk of that time was walking through the city which was painfully slow until at the end I found out how to run. This reminds me heavily of TellTale games, especially Wolf Among Us, which is my favorite. The visual style is great, I enjoy the music and sounds.. The voice acting isn’t bad and I am interested in Emily. The writing does feel a bit awkward to me at times, almost a little robotic and inconsistent in flow.
