Stranded in a foreign world, Jay must fight to reclaim his stolen memories as mysterious forces conspire! The Voice from the Well: The Velessar Saga is an adaption of the improved first arc of the Velessar Saga. Set in a fantasy realm inspired by historical dark ages Scandinavia and filled with mystery. The game follows soon-to-be seventh grader Jay, as he finds himself stranded in a dark forest. Mysterious forces are at play as he wakes up the next day only able to remember the events of the day before. Jay sets out to reclaim his lost memories! Player choice Choices made throughout the game will lead to alternate endings and new scenes. Each ending is a glimpse into what could have been and several are hints at future developments later in the Velessar Saga. Fully voiced cast The diverse cast of characters from The Voice from the Well has been brought to life with voice acting for each character! With an immersive soundtrack and sound effects, headphones are highly recommended!
With that being said, even though I haven’t yet finished this game yet, I am absolutely loving it. Both games are stunning, with high quality design, beautiful scenes and settings and amazingly optimized. I really like how they captured the sensation of living in the medieval times. I’m about 15hrs in and I’ll definitely be finishing this game. It’s overwhelmingly story-driven, which is exactly what I’m looking for right now. Enough open-world loose-story nonsense. It’s not a tremendously difficult game, but there’s enough to keep me engaged. The game is believable, the developers did not go towards magic and due to this the game is realistic with the right decisions. But there are also problems. It’s awkward to use with a gamepad, the camera is just terrible, it feels like a cheap indie and the mouse too slow.

The unique references to Soviet songs and the overall soundtrack add a special charm to the experience. The efforts of the Russian developers, despite a limited budget, are commendable. The graphics, while not next-gen, are still visually pleasing. The musical accompaniment, especially the techno versions of Soviet songs, adds a unique allure to the game. These bugs also affect the boss fights, making them monotonous and predictable. It has strong story, challenging and interesting combat too. Tons of puzzles The skills system is also really good and you can build up Robocops skills as you play through the campaign which in turn allows you to be able to get more abilities and then eventually access different items in levels.
