Trash Goblin is a wholesome & cosy shopkeeping game where you uncover and clean trinkets for sale! Customise them by upcycling and more to meet the eccentric requests of your endless colourful customers. Spend your savings to upgrade your shop, buy new and better tools, and customise your space! Unearth knick-knacks of all kinds by chipping away at the dirt and cruft they’re embedded inside, wrestling with different types of dirt that yield in different ways. Scrub all these strange items up nice and clean with your sponge to get them ready for sale! a good cozy early access game. Definitely has good bones but would benefit from additional mechanics and more storyline/plot. The level of space customization is great and the money system is well paced. ZEPHON
Customise these curios by combining Trinkets together, turning them into strange and wonderful new items! A wide range of intriguing, odd and charming customers will frequent your store, some with interesting stories to tell, others after a particular object, some just browsing… Spend your savings to expand your tool set, and unlock more space to work in. Customise your space, decorate your shelves however you like, get some nice plants, make it your own! There’s a gentle limit to how much you can do in a given day but customers will return, you can potter as much as you like, and there are no fail states.
Trash Goblin Pre-Installed:
I would love if there was a way to change colors/customize items more than simply adding items together. It could be nice to have a recipe book that fills up as your goblin experiments with combining items. I also think the game would be improved by adding tool upgrades to the sponge/chisel (either larger sizes, faster cleaning/chipping. etc.) as the mechanic of cleaning and chiseling gets repetitive after a while. An incredibly charming, low stakes game that gives you the satisfaction of cleaning with a more tactile feel. Perfect zen game to zone out to while listening to your favorite podcast or cozy playlist.
