With an emphasis on physics and damage, it’s a top-down, fast-paced racing game where each race is a crazy race to the finish line among flying debris, exploding barrels, and sputtering motors.
Put aside your passion for fast automobiles with loud engines. You’ll construct your own racing machines in Trash Top-Down Racing out of scrap metal, duct tape, and other random materials. Create the most bizarre and unlikely racing devices you can imagine by welding shopping carts to old lawnmowers, mounting jet engines to washing machines, and letting your inner mad scientist go. Trash Top-Down Racing’s tracks are far from perfect. You’ll sprint through landfills filled with the smell of spoiled bananas and rancid milk, junkyards stacked high with totaled cars, and scrapyards bursting at the seams with broken metal.

The online experience works well and people are online which is a good start. The graphics just have a really nice clean feel to them. I also love the fact it saves replays of your races, this is a brilliant feature! I love having replays to go back and watch and re live the race, especially for online races which it also saves. I haven’t played a driving game with such a mixture of realism and fun since the early Gran Turismo games. Each of the cars handles very differently and you have a real sense of the vehicles weight, speed and handling. The game is realistic without ever sacrificing the fun element.
