I am now on chapter 6(?) and lemme tell you boys, girls and everyone else this game is fire. Melee feels great if a little op, shooting in this game is a pleasure especially with the crisp snapping of the lasgun. YOU WANT A GOOD VR WARHAMMER EXPERIENCE? LOOK NO FURTHER! On my best days I consider myself codex compliant, this game made me long for warhammer irl. 10/10 WOULD DIE FOR THE EMPEROR AGAIN.
I’ve been waiting for this game, and now that I have it, I don’t regret it. Movement was not very smooth all the time, but I am sure that is an easy fix. I heard that those with the HTC Vive are having trouble with it, but it works with the meta quest 2 (via Air link) for me. More importantly, the game was particularly immersive with the bHaptics mod if you have the bHaptics vest, arms, and hands (I am still waiting for the facial tactal to ship). Furthermore, I play the game with the ProTubeVR haptic gun (Provolver). It has been one of the most comprehensive haptic experience for me. It works quite well With all the haptics and the decent graphics, this game was totally worth it for me.
