Welcome to Kowloon – is a first-person indie horror game in the walking simulator genre. The average time to complete the game is 50 minutes. Kowloon Under the misty skies of China lay Kowloon, the most densely populated city, a tangle of narrow streets and endless passageways. Here, time lost its meaning, and the buildings merged into one indistinguishable sea of iron, concrete, and glass. Every step in this city led to a new discovery, a new story hidden within its walls. Hidden in the heart of Kowloon are places that defy description. Mysterious backstreets and cramped alleyways where the locals lived their hidden lives. Poverty and gang violence flourish in the heart of the neighborhood. However, for a young student, the first and most urgent desire is to find cheap housing. When he crossed the threshold of his new home, he instantly felt himself drawn into a different reality. The inhabitants of this marvelous place seemed to keep their secrets from the gaze of outsiders.
There was mystery in every look, mystery in every whisper, as if they were guarding something important, hidden from view. You will have to visit a frightening place inhabited by creepy personalities.Beautiful graphics and high quality 3D sound will help you to fully experience the atmosphere of the game. The game contains flashes of light that can cause epileptic seizures. Pretty short and to the point horror game, It’s very short around 1 hour maybe, but in this short amount of time it managed to scared me couple of times which most of other indie ones that I played couldn’t do. I generally tend to get overwhelmed with large open environments, where it’s easy to worry about missing secrets. Instead Remnant keeps your attention focused on forward progression, while enticing you to discover the secrets that do exist with one of the best minimaps ever to exist in gaming.

You make in their game is unique to their save, all the experience, items, and trait points you earn will come right back to your game. If you do play that same content later in your own campaign, you’re also rewarded with a hefty chunk of currency to incentivize your discovery still. Not a fan of multiplayer, or haven’t convinced friends to pick it up yet? Remnant 2 has “adventure mode”, allowing you to play and independent instance of any world you’ve beat, rerolled with new layouts and experiences…and yes, new loot. Shooting enemies with weapons recharges these mods, and my chosen rings (4 slots) and amulet further enhance this damage and recharge. Heck, I even have a mutator that recharges my weapon mods a good chunk just for reloading.
