Join the ranks of the Shaman, Alchemist, Dragon Tamer, or Witch guilds. Each guild presents a distinct quest, offering a meaningful choice that shapes your character’s path—commit to one guild and embrace the rewards. Unleash your creativity in Versus mode, where all characters (some require unlocking) and spells are at your disposal. With a thousand possible mix-and-match loadouts, dive into endless experimentation and craft your unique playstyle in the magical arena. WizardPunk is not like most games, it makes you want to get better at it.
The second you think you have it down and you start to get confident, you’ll lose the next match, trust me. Only an hour in at the time of this review and I’ve gotten my ass handed to me plenty of times. Still learning the ins and outs, what works best I didn’t play with anybody, because it’s not online multi, which kinda sucks. But the single player had a lot to do. The guilds are a bit awkward to get through, but playing with a full build on day 6 was pretty sweet, lots of things to think about, pretty complex. Looking forward to future patches! It’s quick to learn but difficult to master and there’s plenty to experiment with. I’m partial to Ignissa but Vito is a close runner up. Looking forward to future updates!

Super cute fighter with some interesting mechanics, I really enjoy the guild specialisation that adds depth and extra objects during the fights which really changes how you have to approach each battle. So far as of the time of the review I am able to get to the third boss, but haven’t quite mastered the mechanics The Game is relatively fast action paced and making one mistake does not necessarily end your run. I’ve played this game for over 700+ hours. That a milestone, proving, for me at least: This Game is a Gem! It’s a Jewel of a well done Roguelike because you can play it over and over again. then you can play and experiment. Some of the most fun runs I had was by randomizing everything. Starts off pretty easy as you learn how to dodge and block attacks as well as timing your own attacks.
