The story of YinYang Street takes place in a border town in the 1980s. Our protagonist Minglai Li is a soldier fighting to defend his country. He runs into a series of strange things and finds his beloved wife missing when he comes home. Where used to be warm and sweet is now full of mysteries, which lead to a place called YinYang Street. Is this a coincidence or a conspiracy? Minglai Li has no time to think about it. All he could do is rush to YinYang Street and explore the bottomless abyss… The hand-painted art style originated from 1980s will lead you on a nostalgic journey. The complex relationships and five connected chapters will show you a story with ups and downs. However, runthroughs typically last somewhere around 4 hours at a moderate pace.
The cost of the game versus replayability is 100% fair in my opinion and I love the game so much that I’ve bought plenty of merch from the Behemoth store to show support and rep the cool designs. That doesn’t have that, in fact, there isn’t much chance for multiple play throughs. Yes, there are some collectibles and achievements to grab if you so do wish to go back, and you could one day play this again, but overall it isn’t one you can keep playing over and over finding new amazing things each time. It’s a good game, if you were already interested in it you won’t regret buying. I would suggest buying on a sale though, as this game can be finished in a day or even one sitting.

It’s under 10 hours and that was with me dying and trying to figure some stuff out when playing. I don’t regret purchasing in anyway, I just felt it was super super short, even for my already expectations on it being a short game.
