Death is Inevitable But with every death, your actions and decisions will carry forward to empower or endanger whoever remains. Can you embrace the death of your team to uncover the truth, or will all of their sacrifices have been in vain? you move on to another character so it adds onto the fear of wanting to stay alive, this has already made me jump a few times from playing it at and the House of the Dead Combat is pretty cool too and fast paced, in the moment you wont know whether to heal or just keep shooting when you’re literally one hit from death. As everyone else has mentioned, this is very much Resident Evil meets House of the Dead The game took me about 5 hours to beat while taking my time to complete everything. Combat is fun, and ranges from easy to slightly challenging depending on the enemy.

There’s a lot of very good, very necessary convenience features baked in. You have a small home base with some limited heals and weapon refills. Different characters can interact with items brought back to the base to craft upgrades for the team. Progression is retained between characters, and if you find a teammate corpse (assuming they died in a way that left a corpse, and assuming they didn’t reanimate) you can pick their supplies off of it. Each squadmate has a distinct personality and reacts differently to different events, and while the writing is never intrusive, the personalities are pretty charming Your decisions will influence the rest of the game. Take what you need but leave some for the others.
