ZeroRanger is a vertically scrolling 2D shoot’em up with heavy emphasis on shooting, dodging and… mystery? A menacing alien threat, GREEN ORANGE, has begun its invasion. Only two secondary fighters remain against complete annihilation. Blast your way through enemy forces in order to unleash your fighter’s latent potential, unlocking new weapons and abilities. But as you grow stronger, so does your understanding of the true nature of your adversary… Words can barely describe how excellent this game is. It is a masterclass in shooting game art and design. It is simple enough that a beginner can enjoy it, and deep enough for a master to lose their mind inside. I feel like I have only scratched the surface. Even after finishing the main game, After nearly 80 hours. I still want to keep grinding at it. To do better in segments, or to get better scores. System Erasure has created, in My opinion, the greatest STG I have ever played.
I remember I bought this game on a whim because I thought the artwork was vintage and unique. I was surprised when it made me really love video games again. Some of my friends think I’m crazy when I gush about my love for this title. The sounds, music, animation and gameplay are all top notch. The orchestral tracks that were composed blow my mind. It was truly crafted with love and care. Large studios should take some notes from Studio MDHR! The game does take practice to progress but it is so satisfying when you beat a stage or a boss for the first time. There are plenty of upgrades to help you in your journey. I only wish some were unlockable sooner. My advice to everyone struggling is to keep trying! Your skills will improve. Cuphead is fun, light-hearted and appropriate for all ages. I will recommend this game to anyone at anytime. Truly one of the best games I’ve played in my entire life.

Variety of characters, items and ways of playing, which by obtaining the artifacts becomes even more varied and entertaining. The best part is the item stacking feature, it allows you to experience many different styles of play, even breaking the gameplay by finding ridiculous combinations of basic and active items.
