Generally a pretty cool game. Definitely up there as far as AFL games go. I appreciate the fact that it is simplified and focuses on the mechanics of a deck builder within the footy realm, rather than trying to do too much. It felt a bit harsh given I won 3 GFs in a row and then got absolutely reamed in the next season, but unlocking more cards/players makes sense, which adds to replayability. For future improvements I’d recommend removing the AI altogether. I’d honestly rather no images than having them AI. I think it would also be cool if more explanations were available, as it wasn’t obvious that things like unlockable players were even available until I got fired in my first playthrough.For the price, I really hope those upcoming DLCs are not paid. Don’t normalise adding extra costs to the game any more than it already is. is a fair price, but I’m definitely not willing to pay more than that.
