A House of Thieves Direct Download
A House of Thieves is a level-based stealth comedy-horror game about a Thief who doesn’t go shopping but instead takes his shopping list and breaks into random houses to get his things. Imagine you want to cook some Pasta but you run out of Tomato Sauce. You are also not the kind of person who goes to a supermarket and pays for their groceries. What do you do? Correct! Break into your neighbor’s house and work through your shopping list! Pretty mindless fun, but good lord does this game need work. 5 times we restarted because we either had different items to find, which sucks because it doesn’t cross those off unless it’s the host’s list, or items on our list just straight up didn’t spawn in. We had fun, but if you’re looking for a complete game with suspense breaking and entering, stick to Hello Neighbor for now.
Now to be fair when i went into this game i didnt know what to expect fully, and i was totally caught off guard. For most of your hardcore horror game players im sure this wont scare you, but it scared the heck out of me there are many new additions. There are some RPG aspects, including weapon upgrades for your Gent Pipe and permanent stat upgrades. In addition, you can also move across the world stealthily, avoiding trouble. Combat itself has been refined, but it’s not that complex, it’s still just mash left click and hope the enemy dies before you do. Also, supernatural powers.
A House of Thieves Pre-Installed:
The options menu, however, has some disappointments. The graphics settings are once again locked to a one-size-fits-all LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH setting, with some tick boxes for effects such as Anti-Aliasing and motion blur. To further add to this, you cannot rebind your controls. At all. You are stuck with what the developers have put, which is somewhat strange to say the best. I hope this is added in a later update because this is the only PC game I can think of that does not allow control rebinding(and mind you that at the time of writing the game is PC exclusive, so it makes it even stranger.

- Double click inside the A House of Thieves folder and run the exe application.
- Thats all, enjoy the game! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any missing dll errors, look for a file named All In One Runtimes.exe run this and install it.
