The Last Alchemist Free Steam Pre-Installed:
It’s a TAD confusing for all the steps you have to go through to achieve certain recipes but I’m particularly bad at following multiple steps so if you’re even slightly smarter than me it probably won’t be an issue. Otherwise I really like the gameplay loop, the art, the characters, the concept overall and the writing so far. The execution overall is a little rough but very well done. The graphics are beautiful, the characters are fun. The animations are really adorable and enjoyable, even the sound cracks. Small things bother me, like the proximity to machines, dragging, etc. The biggest issue is so far the start doesn’t really help you understand how and when to go out on your own, and how to achieve your goals quite as well. All of it easily fixable. I think that The Last Alchemist has one of the better systems for justifying the alchemical properties of its mixtures.
