Evotales Direct Play:
The concept is amazing and the first view levels are mind blowing. The whole thing is pretty polished. It gets old pretty fast though, and I really miss some challenges (only the melon level got me tbh). I didn’t feel like the narrative elements added very much. The mechanics and landscape change and there are a great many delightful moments along the way. Pick up a postcard or a bar code, apply it to the environment, and step inside to see what you can find. The game does a good job of adding new mechanics and helping you build your expertise but the best learning comes from the mistakes you make.
