The player will have to share all the sorrows of a desperate father who began to go crazy after the disappearance of his daughter Emily. The main character named David unsuccessfully tries to find his daughter, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances. The police and rescuers do not give any guarantees of a positive outcome of events. Therefore, due to depression and clouding of his mind, David decides to search for his daughter on his own. Every day he goes to the nearest forest in search, combing all corners. And one day fate gives David a chance to overcome this test. But what is in store for David on his path? The only chance to find peace is to find your beloved daughter, no matter what. On top of it, you’re given a nice gameplay loop with an extensive upgrade tree. Oh yeah. This is going to be a great ride. Eventually, you begin the main quest in the earnest, and things really get moving.
It feels less like a living, breathing world, and more like, well, a set of video game levels. Everything is too deliberate; too functional. You might say that it’s a good thing, keeps things lean. I say it’s a tradeoff – one I personally didn’t like too much. In summary, the game delivers an enjoyable experience up to the point of achieving self-sufficiency. Beyond that, the excitement fades due to a lack of compelling content. The combat is really incredible. Each scenario now has additional depth and player options. The counterattack system is fun to learn, and the ability to hide mechanics gives you even more ways to approach each combat. New enemy varieties, such as the brutal and “broken neck” Ganados, are extremely aggressive and entertaining to combat.

It’s also somewhat of a horror title and manages to be pretty intense even when you have unlocked new combat skills and weaponry. As your character will still get mauled pretty quickly by wild predators, some of which can run almost as fast as your bike goes, or when facing more than a handful of mutants and you know that gunshots might attract even bigger numbers or other predators. The combination of these factors really makes a lot of difference when you play it on a harder difficulty level, as the experience ramps up through the aggressive nature of the inhuman foes, and the fairly smart behaviours of human enemies. You will do quests for people and these earn you xp to unlock skills and cash to buy supplies, or maybe unlock certain things such as weapons, or resources.
