Situated on Icarus’s equator is a thin line of prospects, synchronized with the orbit of the Orbital Stations. Known as Outposts, these prospects can be dropped into and exited at any time, making them perfect for starting a settlement, hanging out with other prospectors or testing your architectural skills. Each prospector is assigned one Outpost with the core game The game has a technology tree that you unlock partially with level ups and XP but you’ll rather quickly reach the max level while still having half of the tree still locked. This is where collaboration and a good diverse team will bring a lot of benefits to your missions. Perks can also help you specialize your characters so that each player can make a difference.
