LEGO Builder’s Journey is an atmospheric, geometric puzzle game that asks us to sometimes follow the instructions… and sometimes to break the rules. Throughout the narrative, there will be ups and downs, challenges, and celebrations. Figuring out who we are and what we become is the Builder’s Journey. In Creative Mode, you can build your own models. Choose a themed build plate and get creative. Build a race car, a pirate ship or perhaps a new scene from the game. Enter Photo Mode where you can adjust the camera angle, change the mood, and take a picture for you to share with friends. The breathtaking LEGO brick world is brought to life with the most accurately rendered LEGO elements yet to feature on screens.
It’s a cool little LEGO puzzle game that contains different areas that you need to complete by build.ing, and even has a little story. Some of the earlier levels are easy but as you progress trough the game it gets a little bit harder (but not that much, you just have to use your brain). The game looks good, it even has a DLSS and Ray Tracing option which is gonna fully use your RTX GPU. That’s really all that I can say about the game, I enjoyed it, but I will not keep it in my library for sure. I know it has a Creative Mode where you can build whatever you want, but given that the games story mode is short and it still costs 8,49€ even with a 50% sale, it’s just too much for me and I refunded it.

It was cool tho, atleast I got another game where I got all the achievements! This game really hits out of the park in the narrative, to which it can almost entirely credit the animation department. It’s equally supported by the soothing sounds add to the appeal as well, such as moments when the sounds swell as the two brick bodies huddle together for warmth under the night sky. Or the cute chirps as the armless appendage-less dad stand-in puts a warm cap on his yellow brick son stand-in. Sometimes the instrumental song in the background changes emotion to convey what is happening on screen like a classic Pixar film Many of the emotional moments, though, are conveyed through how the two interact with one another physically. This makes the game great for children, people who don’t want to read a lot, or have a difficult time reading. This game is pretty universal, as strange as it might seem. Even if you love reading, it’s nice to watch a simple story sometimes that are about pretty universal emotions.
