Fictional universe. 1917. The Okinawa Empire has fallen, the bloody civil war is over, leftist forces are coming to power. The people are waiting for change, but will you live up to their expectations? Which path will you follow? Centralised planned economy or market competition? Freedom and publicity or dictatorship and terror? It all depends on you! Additionally clicking and committing to these changes does not feel satisfying. For some technologies or policies you might decrease aggressiveness or for some decision you might receive some cash. These actions don’t really that satisfying other than an increase in numbers. For some of these decision the map could visibly change. Things like having a university should possibly add a tiny university to the map. Having a large military in the game should possibly show this military bordering one of your biggest rivals. One other negative is the instant gratification of many things. Some events will just give your free money or some events just have correct answers. These are generally negative in high quantities. Political events should always have some downside or the upside and downside should depend on your society and government if they don’t already.
A technology like collectivization shouldn’t be instant. While ignoring the idea that this should possibly be a policy instead of technology, not all technologies should be instant from the second you have the points and they shouldn’t always be great. Some technologies should take time to implement even after selecting it. Things like collectivization should take time to enforce or even to implement and the outcome should depend on many factors. Adding time would help to user feel as if they are slowly running a real state that requires time to implement new technologies and laws. Additionally these technologies should come with more appropriate negatives.
Something like some technologies requiring the user to give up I would assume this is up for change and still in the planning phase but the aesthetic seems a bit bland and confusing. The major aspect is the use of anime girls to represent four characters while this anime aesthetic is seen nowhere else. With only 4 people in the game and with nowhere else using this aesthetic, it feels sort of clashing art styles. This could be solved with possibly more people that use the aesthetic. This can be minor characters like a reporter or a possibly just a random person or it could be that each different game mode has 4 different anime characters so solidify the style for people and to bring.

Additionally the color of the book and desk are very bland. With the map feeling dark and hopeless through the use of darker colors it makes the desk and the book seem boring to look at in comparison. It feels as if there are 3 styles clashing. A darker sadder style, a bland and boring one, and one that relies on anime aesthetics. The book and the desk need a change of color that gives it a much more defined style or at least one that isn’t boring to look at especially with these being some of the most looked at elements.
