The developers allowed, for example, to control the brain in complete darkness and increased the range of motion of the camera, which allows you to view the progress of what is happening from any angle. Although the player performs realistic operations on an open stomach or head during dissection, the cartoonish graphic style makes it look fun, but not disgusting or bloody. If you want to carry out the operation successfully, then in case of an error, you can start over or undo the last action. But it is much more competent to check what will happen if you pull out the primary organ or hit the bone with a surgical hammer.
