A brilliant soundtrack recorded with live instruments composed by none other than Peter McConnell of Grim Fandango, Monkey Island, and Psychonauts fame! A very entertaining Point&Click game with beautiful hand-drawn artwork. You play as Voodoo Detective, not sure if this is his real name or if they are calling him that because this is his specialty. One day he received a new case from a woman who has lost her memory, all that she remembers is given a necklace from a mysterious man in her dream, she believes the necklace is related to who she really was. The game’s soundtracks are nice, and the voice-overs are well done, I especially liked the main character’s voice and his corny jokes. The game is fully voiced and each character is very unique.

Logical puzzles paired with a light-hearted story in a fresh setting. Controls are easy since it also released on phones and therefore must have easy and accessible controls. Animations are somewhat limited but everything else graphics-wise is just stunningly colourful, vibrant and with perfect scale. Just look at the screenshots. The artstyle is not only beautiful but outstandingly consistent. You can easily finish it in one extended session or two or three tops. This isn’t inherently bad because it might be exactly what you’re looking for: a fun but short game! Most puzzles are fairly easy, so point and click adventure pros are unchallenged with this game They should have deserved more screen time, more interaction and more dialogues. In general, the rushed feeling of the game won’t do these characters justice and instead makes you feel like the game was being… rushed, instead of just made short on purpose.
