I’m very lucky to be able to experince this game on an OLED panel which is just out of this world. Designs are fantastic and orginal, challening the further in you get and unlocking the different classes is a fun surprise while also addicting. Beautiful art style. If you enjoy the gameplay loop of finding resources to sustain yourself find more resources, The Long Dark adds a lot of exploration and mystery to it to keep it engaging well beyond other survival games. The intensity of trying to keep moving without freezing to death is very intense, making sure that you don’t run into wolves, bears or moose that might try to kill you and trying to find resources To survival it’s a really compelling and interesting game. These elements come together to create an inexorable gravitational pull towards an immersive survival experience.
